I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. We received a phone quote and found out when we went to pick up our truck that it was $80 more. They were rude when we asked to pay what we were quoted and didn't even apologize for the misunderstanding. Then when we tested our hitch in the parking lot, it was jammed. They hadn't even tested it! We asked for help, the guy messed with it a little and called it good. I still couldn't get it out. I told him it was still stuck and he told me he wouldn't touch it unless I didn't talk and he'd just yank it out of the truck! Yeah, by now I'm really pissed! My husband said we're not leaving until it works and the guy told someone else to fix it, he's "not helping them. The princess can't pull it out!"
My husband told him not to speak to me, much less any customer that way and another employee threatened to yank it out too!
The man who did end up fixing it was nice but it was too late. We've never encountered such treatment anywhere!
Oh and one more thing...my husband was on his way back to work and was in his Army uniform. This is how you treat a veteran!?
Unbelievable. The whole situation could have been avoided with an apology in the very beginning.

First they fixed a problem with my 5th wheel hitch and charged me about half of what it should have been given the time they put into it. Then, they recommended that I come back and have the hitch serviced to make sure it's all operating properly. This hitch had been kind of a pain since the day I got it in 2004. Hard to get it to lock in the open position to hook up, hard to get it to disengage to un-hook. They fixed it so that it operates perfectly now and didn't charge me! Very busy shop. Call ahead, but go there.

Ballew's diagnosed and solved an electrical issue quickly, effectively, and for a very reasonable price. I recommend them highly.

These guys are amazing! I had a costomized tow hitch designed, made and installed for my Mercedes-you can hardly tell it's there-at the same price I'd have paid for a generic hitch.
