I needed a topside control for my hot tub, I went to Tarson and they were no help, only said they could not get that part anymore, because they only want to sell me a new tub. I went to Syracuse Pool and Spa and they spent the time to track down the replacement part number. They could have purchased the item but instructed me on how to search for it on my own because it would be cheaper. They made no sale but were still a tremendous help, Tarson was NOT.

My husband and I were shopping for a pool table for our new family/game room. We went to another place that had dirty displays and the people didn't seem to care that we were there. When we went into Tarson's the lady was very nice to us, and the store was beautiful compared to the other pool dealer. She showed us several different tables, and didn't seem to mind all the questions we asked. We were VERY happy with the service we got there, and the price was really good too.
