We were shopping for clothes and we needed help. Someone told us they won't help us. We were ignored. We couldn't find anyone to help us. So our $400 purchase went to Macys

It was a busy day so not much assistance from employee's

The employee's were nice enough, They smiled and assisted me only when I asked. They did not ask if they could help me as is typical for that store.
