Dunk and Bright is a great place! I love shopping here! Selection is awesome and service is out of this world.

I had a great experience. I showed up to buy a futon and had already found what I was pretty sure what I wanted from their website beforehand. When I mentioned it to the sales representatives they weren't aware of the particular item (the specific Mattress) I was talking about. Regardless, they took the time to lookup and find what it was that I wanted and were able to provide me with a lot more information than I had been able to find on my own. Apparently, their inventory changes quite frequently and due to their enormous selection it's hard to stay on top of it all. If you've ever been inside their show room you'd understand. They were very knowledeable about everything else that they had in the store which helped me to make the most informed decision. To top it all off, they couldn't have been friendlier or more professional and the entire process truly was very smooth, stress-free and very enjoyable. A special, 'thank you,' to both Renee and Terry for all of your outstanding help. I highly recommend.

I drove an hour to see if the great customer service I received over the web from Erin was the same in the store - D&B did not disappoint. I was greeted warmly by the front desk and helped by Mary Grace. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient.
We had an idea of what we wanted and Mary Grace was a big help with ideas that complemented and enhanced our vision.
Even though there are many furniture stores closer geographically, D&B distinguished themselves with service that will probably bring us back.

Best service ever! Incredible. Great selections. We found a wonderful surprise in the bargain basement that saved us 1,000$. I would highly recommend Dunk & Bright to anyone looking for quality furniture, great service and a good cup of coffee.

Will never buy another piece of furniture from this store. I bought a couch and was told a date it would be available for pick up and after I arranged a truck to pick it up I was told that I was given the wrong date and that it wouldn't be delivered for a MONTH after I payed for the couch. When I asked when it would be available there response was they won't know until the truck comes. So I can even arrange for someone to help me pick it up. I am very I unsatisfied with the customer service at this store and will never shop there again.

Went into the store to buy a sectional and found one I was very pleased with. I purchased the sectional put a down payment and arrange for delivery for two weeks. I was told I would recieve a call to confirm my order and to be notified of any problems. I recieved a call early the following week, saying they have my order and would be there on time. Well as luck would have it I get a called the day before delivery telling me the item is not available for delivery and the person didnt know why. I called called the following day to have someone tell me the "cup holders are on back order" for my sectional, and it would now be 4 weeks for delievery. I decided to wait it out. 4 weeks go by and not one call from Dunk & Bright. Going into the 5th week I decide to call and speak with a manager. He does some research into the matter and tells me that the 'LANE' company has run out of fabric??? I them tell him how I was told it was cupholders, he responds with "Well it might be cupholders, I looked up the order and it said back ordered so I assumed fabric." So what he did was make up some random excuse. He then says well Im authorised to take 100 bucks off your order for the hassle. (which is a laughable 2.5%) Then says my order is still another 3 weeks out. Meaning from time of order to a POSSIBLE delivery I was looking at 9-10 weeks!!!! I said well I dont think 100 is fair if it wasnt for me calling you guys I still wouldnt know anything, And if someone would like to do better than 100 bucks off I would like to hear it and consider it, otherwise I would like to cancel my order. The manager said no more asked for my credit card number and gave me back my deposit. In my experience this was the WORST service of its kind!!!! Didnt even try to make me happy for a possible repeat sale! I worked in retail for a hardware store for 8 yrs and this kind of service would never happen. You always make the customer happy. How many customers talk about happy experiences about stores to their friends??? Now think of how many poor service experiences you hear about.... and you best believe I will spread the word of what happened to me!

Hello,I went on your site and saw your design staff ,didn't know you were celebrating halloween so early.

We have searched every local furniture store looking for a specific style kitchen set and couldn't fit it anywhere. We went to Dunk & Bright and Johnnie Knight, our saleswoman, took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us search until we found exactly the right set. She was knowledgeable and very helpful.

I just bought a credenza at dunk and bright and love it. I have a odd sized dining room which made the size and shape difficult to find for our furniture. I had Amy Scarsi as my consultant and she found one that is perfect! She was so willing to listen and make sure I loved what we found. I would recommend her for any makeover project!! When my credenza came there was a scratch and they sent out a wood specialist to take a look at it. He fixed the scratch so well that I can't even tell where it was. And they said if he couldn't do that or if I didn't like what he did, they would bring another with no questions. I will definitely return to the store for the rest of my furniture, the selection is OUTSTANDING!

Dunk & Bright has been a favorite furniture store of ours for many years. In particular, our salesperson, Marie Dashnaw, is incredibly helpful and has a good working knowledge of the inventory ( we always ask for Marie when we shop). The store has plenty to choose from (too much sometimes!) and prices are comparable to other furniture stores. We recently purchased new bedding from Dunk & Bright and are extremely happy with our purchase. We recommend anyone looking for furniture to check out Dunk & Bright before purchasing from somewhere else.

I recently purchased a beautiful king size bed at Dunk & Bright and absolutely love it!! Amy Rodman Scarsi is the best sales person & designer ever!!! Amy always gives great advise and really went the extra mile to make sure that I was pleased with my purchase. She encouraged me to do this and I am so happy I did. I am sleeping very peacefully these days and I have Amy to thank! I will definitely be back! MC sleeping peacefully in Minoa :)

Whenever I have to shop for furnishings, whether for my own home or the Alpha Phi house at my alma mater, I always go to Dunk & Bright first, before making any purchasing decisions. My salesperson, Marie Dashnaw, always goes above and beyond...whether it be to "brave the elements" outside in natural light to make sure a color swatch is exactly what I'm looking for in a sectional to match oriental carpets at the sorority or going on a trek to find the perfect stylish but kid-proof counter stools for my kitchen. Oh yes, and somehow she always manages to occupy my very active boys while I shop. Great selection...GREAT SERVICE...so glad Dunk & Bright AND Marie are here in Syracuse!

Amy Scarsi at Dunk & Bright is the person to consult when buying furniture. She has excellent taste and can help you put your entire room and design together. She does not just stop with helping you pick out great furniture, but gives amazing advice on paint colors, accessories, and pictures. This is not the pushy sales experience that you find at most stores. Amy will help you from the designer standpoint and you will be 100% satisfied with your experience.

A few weeks ago I bought a piece of furniture from Dunk & Bright. I came their with a budget and was able to stay within it. Everyone I worked with was great.My saleswomen named Michelle was fantastic. Somehow she knew exactly what I wanted! My furniture should be delivered soon and I will write another review when it arrives. I will defiantly shop at Dunk & Bright again.

I have been shopping Dunk & Bright for 39 years. Can't beat the quality and service. On my recent purchases, it was truly a pleasure working with Tammie Wicks. We had a great chemistry, which is so important when trying to coordinate colors, patterns and textures. Thumbs up Tammie, our place looks beautiful!

I purchased two leather chairs recently and was very happy with my purchase. They were custom built and took about six weeks to arrive, which felt like a long time, but I don't blame the store for that at all. The selection at Dunk & Bright is amazing. The place is insanely big, and their priced are very good for quality brands.
