Windsports the only hang gliding school in Los Angeles and continues to offer flight lessons at LA's premier flying sites since 1973. Tandem flights, a more adrenaline pumping experience, include flying off a 3500ft mountain where you can experience what it is like to fly like a bird with our qualified instuctors. We also have a beach site where customers may enjoy a more relaxed, educational flights. Beach lessons are done solo from the very first flight with instructors assisting the students by running along with then down a 30ft sand dune. We also offer continued training for students who wish to become a pilot and fly solo off mountains.
