I have ordered graduation cakes on two separate occassions from Sweet Dreams, plus dozens of cupcakes several different times. The quality of their cakes is outstanding. Even my very picky brother who never eats cake had two slices at the last party. My only complaint is that if you don't book far in advance, you will not be able to get the flavors you want. Seems like they make their cakes on a fixed schedule and are not truly custom.

My daughter used Sweet Dream Desserts and Catering for her beautiful Wedding day! They were fabulous! Accomadating when we needed some tables moved for dancing, food was sooo good(most people do not know they do all the food catering too), the cake(which is what they are known for) could not have been better.

Our guests could not believe the Gem we found in the owners....I would have them do it all over again!!! We even got leftovers, and they took them back to the store for us to pick up the next day. They were closed but came in to get us our food!

I cried on my wedding day. Everything went perfectly, except for my wedding cupcakes. Nothing was done as expected. Colors were all wrong. Not displayed in the way that was discussed, and have the emails between myself and Sweet Dreams to prove it. The staff was as sweet as can be (minus the owner), yet extremely unorganized. Every single follow-up before the wedding, somehow all our info was "lost". Emails were not returned. When I walked into my reception and saw the cupcakes I went into the bathroom for 5 minutes to cry and get myself together. Had to explain to all the guests it was not suppose to look that way, because I was so embarrassed. Had photographer take no pictures of it. In my candid shots that I put up on facebook, I cropped out the cupcakes. After it was all said and done, I called to talk to the owner. I started off nice enough, but was cussed at within the first minute, which set me off into an argument with the VERY RUDE owner. She said "Her girls don't make mistakes". Impossible for any business to never screw up, and they in fact, DID make many mistakes. What has happend to the good customer service? I really hope her business fails, because nasty people who own businesses should never prosper. If there is any comment left after my review where she is now "all of a sudden sorry", and makes excuses for her incompetence, it is all fake to make her business look good...because if would have been nice to have been apologized to when I called and spoke with her directly. Bottom line, UNORGANIZED, and owner is one NASTY woman. Even my sweet mom who nicely tried to deal with her, and did not argue back like I did, told me afterward everything I said about her was right and that she's rude. I don't care how good their cupcakes may be, owner is in dire need to take a course in customer service.

I heard about this business and went to see about a cake for my wedding. When I got there I was not impressed by the cleanliness of the place but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I had to practically beg for someone to help me. I still figured they were probably busy but then the woman never came back to check on me. Then I came with my mother to see about catering and still - the cake. They completely ignored us and were helping each new person that came in the door and when my mother said excuse me the woman said just a minute and helped another new person. Finally she acknowledged us and we made an appointment to meet with the owner. 1 hour before our appointment another employee called to say she was canceling it because of another appointment! I never called to reschedule and they lost my business and will never get any either. They were so rude to myself and my mother and apparently a wedding isn't important enough to them!

Sweet dream desserts has very good tasting cupcakes and cakes but that is were it ends. I booked my wedding and paid the deposit that is required, no harm there. When I went to follow up with the owner, I had to call numerous times to get any type of contact regarding my wedding cake. When I actaully spoke to the owner, I didnt even recieve an apology for the over 5 phone messages I left with no return phone call plus owner was very rude. When it cam time fo delivery of my cake, it was over an hour late without a phone call, plus my order was wrong, not all of it was delivered. This is the 3rd time I have placed an order through this business that was wrong and/or messed up. For my sons birthday they didnt even have the order when I went to go pick it up. I had to show them the reciept to prove I ordered something. The owner needs to take a class in customer service or learn from her employees on how to treat customers. This business has now lost any future purchases they would have from me.
