Went in to buy a benchmade 940 they didnt have 1 in stock asked about ordering 1 not a problem will be here on Wednesday this was on a Friday and Sunday was easter. Required half down no big deal paid in full its currently been over 3 weeks you can order them off of benchmades site custom engraved and sent out and have them in a week why any licensed carrier would have such a problem getting what is referred to as the best EDC knife is just disappointing will definitely never come back.

Had a horrible experience! Went and had a 5 minute wait and was promised an hour on range. 10 mins passed and we didn't get called went to see what was going on, while we were in line again they let a party of 3 and 2 in for and hour that just walked in... and we were sold 30 mins on range when we were promised 1 hour. Also was told come back out close to your 30 is over, and we can get you another 30. When our 30 was close to being up I went out to see if we can get another and all he said was "nope to busy" we will most likely will not be back!!! They need to change the attitudes of their employees and work on customer service skills!

Every time I go in I receive very good service gun range good they also have a good archery range......

Never been so amazed by crappy service. I will always take my business elsewhere! Many better places in town.

Prices are extramly high and wouldn't price match a local competitor!

Small inventory and no one asking if they could help. It seems that the fire sucked the service out of Cleland 's. I have gone 3 times to try to buy and left without anyone even saying hello. Plus, charges for gun smithing and FFL transfers are beyond reason.

I went into the store to inquire about purchasing a new firearm. Not being familiar I decided I would test fire a few to determine which was the best to purchase. The guy didn't seem that helpful. He also set me up with the more expensive ammo (.40) and an hour of range time, without even telling me there was less expensive options. He also didnt tell me it would cost $4 per each gun change. While $4 is reasonable, I told him I only planned on spending a certain amount of money and wanted to test fire a lot of guns. It may also be reasonable for someone to understand the difference between a .40 and 9 mm round and that they would have more than one choice, but since I told him I was brand new to firearms, he could of explained that to me.



On top of that, one of the guns they let me use consistantly jammed after every shot. At first my lack of experience made me believe this was just what always happens to guns. After much more experience in the area I now believe it could only be because the gun was not properly cleaned.



Each thing by itself would be forgiveable, but when you combine everything together, the whole experience was rather negative. I wouldn't of minded paying the higher retail price for stuff If I felt I got the service I deserve, but since I didn't it really made me angry.

Shop around, real good deals to be had. Great classes for shooting and archary. Best in the area.
