I accidentally bought the wrong water tester strips for a swimming pool yesterday. I used one and realized it was the wrong one. Later that day, I was nearby, so I bought the correct one. Today, with the receipt, original packaging, and the product, the manager refused to refund my money because one strip had been used. She told me to try to sell it to someone I know. I was very disappointed. This company just lost my business.

I've only been here twice, however, everyone seems very nice! They're also very reasonably priced!! I will definitely be back:)

The thing i don't like is the Jason 176 inch 5/8 riding lawn mower belt i need costs $100 at this store & Highland BUT only $27 at any corporate Rural King Store like Collinsville, Waterloo, or Litchfield. I think that's one hell of a mark up!



I'm only giving this a 4 star rating because there is 1 gentleman that works there that is super helpful, although often it's difficult to find someone and I end up calling on my cellphone and telling them what aisle I need help and it's a lot quicker than trying to search the whole store for someone lol.
