Jack McCloud of Aaron Plumbing arrived at his scheduled time. He assessed our problem, gave a cost estimate and set to work. In a half hours time he installed our new kitchen garbage disposal. Job well done. I recommend Jack and Aaron Plumbing. Jane Johnson, Buford GA.

My water heater had been acting up for a week when I finally bit the bullet and called a plumber. What the heck was I waiting for. Jeremy from Aaron plumbing came to my house and spent a full hour going over all of my options. I knew I didn't want to risk trying to repair the old unit, but was unsure of the newest options and technologies. It turned out that a tankless water heater made the most sense for my family's needs. He laid all the information out on the table and went over every bit of it with me. I felt like I made a pretty educated decision in the end. Thanks for the great job, but mostly for all of your patience with me. Now I've got a water heater that will probably outlive me.

My water heater started leaking in 3 places yesterday, pouring water all over items in the garage. I called Aaron Plumbing & got one of the most cheerful people ever on the other end—Mariah. She walked me thru ER procedures & made special efforts to get Jeremy, my favorite plumber there so far, out to my house by 2 PM. He had literature on his truck & explained how Bradford-White units had the hydrojets to remove sediment, electronic ignition features, and other info.



By 7PM, he had completely installed my new unit, including a 2.5-gal tank above it so I could meet code. It was a difficult installation as it’s in a built-in nook in the garage with tough access. He did not complain once but smiled and worked very hard to finish the work. And, it was COLD in that garage. He removed the old tank and all the debris as well. I also asked him to check 2 upstairs tubs that weren’t draining; about 15 minutes later, he came down & said they were draining perfectly. I knew he was tired, but he cheerfully took on the extra work—this saved me an extra service call. And, he put up with an obnoxious English Springer who decided Jeremy was a home invader because he went upstairs.



This morning he dropped off the manual & warranty along with a long, hand-written note on my new shutoff valve. I also spoke with Tim, the Supervisor, to praise Jeremy’s work; Tim was utterly professional also.



I highly recommend Aaron Plumbing—they will take care of you for a reasonable, competitive price. And, Mariah won’t let you off the phone with her until she knows YOU are safe from any danger whatsoever from your appliance problem.



The best of all—I was able to take a hot bath by 8:25PM, just as Jeremy had promised. I upgraded to a 50-gallon high efficient model & was able to finally fill the tub.

After dealing with Lowe's horrible customer service, we call Aaron who picked up my toilet and installed next day. did a great job and left no mess.

Do not EVER use this company. I used them twice. The first time they repaired the problem and now two years later the "fix" they did is broken. The second time I used them, they fixed the plumbing but broke my sprinkler system when filling the hole back in and then wanted to charge me $500 to repair what they broke.



AARON IS A TERRIBLE PLUMBING COMPANY.
