I wish all of my home improvement project went as smoothly as my dealings with Jim. He was professional, courteous, and his ideas suited what I was looking for exactly!

He provided my family with quality product; not the cookie cutter yawns one finds at big chain stores.

Responsiveness: Sometimes I had to leave a message to get a hold of him, but he always called right back. Being a small business owner, I always felt like every customer was important to him, instead of just another number.

I would recommend J.R.'s Creative Cabinets to anyone looking for quality, individualized service and beautiful work, that combines art and funcitonality.

About a month ago I came to JR's to get a quote for a project I'm doing. It was difficult to get a hold of anyone and when I did reach someone and set up an appointment to show them some pictures, they were late. Then they proceeded to tell me that they would get a quote by the weekend. The weekend came and went, no call, I tried to get a hold of them, no answer; left a message, again no response. Today I call them to see if they had the information, was told they were with a client and couldn't speak to me. I could not believe how rude and unbusinesslike they were and proceeded to tell them I no longer needed their services, in response to that I received a "F*** OFF" and was hung up on.



If you're looking for rude, unreliable service by all means this is the place for you. But I suggest, if you need service in a timely manner, do NOT go to JR's Creative Cabinets, Inc.
