Jeff Edwards installed a eco flo coco filter septic system after our home inspection turned showed the preexisting septic was defunct.

Jeff prolonged the closing process for 5 months as we had to wait for for installation to be completed this in part due to snow storms. Although Jeff seemed pleasant & honest he completely altered and destroyed the landscape of the property after my realtor told him after work was completed that everything will be placed as found. He elevated the land by 5’ or more in the backyard resulting in a huge hill and did not drop topsoil so no new vegetation could grow. What was once a lush lawn was now a mountain of shale ridden dirt that was excavated and dumped it throughout the land he even covered up wood trim outlining our driveway. He also severely damaged the driveway with heavy machinery he used to excavate. He removed trees and plants that did not need to be removed and totally destroyed our brick path that leads to the house, loosely placing the brick back with open joints.

When his work was done there several piles of debris left in the corners of the yard. Buried stilt fencing (instead of removing it) in the ground with parts of it sticking up out the ground, when asked why there were fabric sticking out various parts of the land his laborer Nick lied and said it was for weed control. They also damaged our wood fencing and did not replace wire fencing that was removed.

And with all of that the septic was installed improperly (missing an additional pump) and now more excavation has to take place. Jeff promised on several occasions to come back to drop more topsoil & remove debris left by his men but never showed up. The septic was installed so improperly the manufacturer voided the warranty.

Buying a home is supposed to be enjoyable experience but Jeff Edwards has made this a nightmare and made me spend thousands in landscaping in trying to cleanup his shabby work and return the land back to its original condition.
