When we moved into this complex, it was beautiful. Clean, well maintained, the office staff was very friendly, and really cared about the residents. Now it is dirty, maintenance no longer cares, the office staff barely speaks English, and people let their children run wild. Over the last year Centurion Management has "made an effort" to clean this place up. They totally remodeled the office. They put new gravel down around the office. They decided to paint the apartment buildings a nicer color, but only half of the buildings were painted, gates and fences are still falling down, the areas where residents live, are still dirty and go unrepaired. There are always "emergency" plumbing problems. (This way they don't have to give you 24 hours notice)You might go all day without water. You can put in a maintainence request for something large or small, and either way it will be months before anything is fixed, if ever. According to our lease, children are not suppose to run wild through the complex.(I have kids myself)There is a playground and courtyard for them to play in.(plus a park just down the road) I have kids banging on my front window, climbing on my fence, and the management does NOTHING. I make sure my children are respectful of other residents. I follow all of the terms in MY lease. Others should have to do the same. Our new office staff, is not properly trained to run an apartment complex. Their first language is Spanish. I am pretty sure we live in America. The official language in America is English. I don't mind that the ladies in the office are Spanish, but I would like someone in the office who UNDERSTAND me when I speak English. I just hope that, Centurion Management, either cleans this place up and makes it nice like it was before, or I move and then I don't care.
