I have to say that I almost didn't go to this shop after reading a very derogatory review. Boy were they wrong. First of all, I called and asked for an appointment to have my oil changed. I was given an appointment for the following day at 1 PM. I had not been there before so I gave my lots of time to find it. Keno gave me the appointment and it turned out we were from the same region in California, very nice man. I forgot to tell him about my allergy to all sulfonomides, sulfur is part of the vulcanization of rubber, so I make it a point not to actually enter tire stores. I did once and it was a VERY big mistake. So I talked to Bill just before my appointment he said no worries we will set a chair outside for you and we will watch for your car so you don't have to come in side. I paid $32.77 for my oil change which was not all they did. My son who normally does this at his costs is actually about 8 dollars more because the oil, oil filter and oil disposal costs about that. What they did was change the oil and filter. They checked all vital fluids, they checked my tires and rotated them. They did a visual inspection of the hoses and belts. $32.77 was very reasonable. Heck it was cheap for the service. They carried a very nice chair out of their waiting area, it was plush and leather, made me feel special. So a dozen thumbs up to Keno, Bill and Jacob at Big O Tires in Surprise AZ.
