I purchased a lovely watch from Grey & Sons about 12 years ago. This spring I sent it in from New York for service and I was called back with a quote and a list of what needed to be done. I decided to upgrade to a newer watch and and Richard was so patient and helpful during the whole process. I was never treated rudely. I was always made to feel that my business was of value to the company even though I asked a zillion questions and probably asked the same questions a couple of times. They also have a complimentary service whereby you can send your watch in for service and polishing every year! I highly recommend Grey & Sons.
