Picked up prescription and drove straight home opened bag pulled out bottle 12 pills short. I called them immediately and they flat out lied and said they were counted 3 times and left the store correct. No they didn't!! I was by myself and made no stops. They gave me the wrong amount of pills and would not even CONSIDER that they could have made a mistake. I also know someone who received the wrong pills completely from this pharmacy. The pills were very important but the pharmacy couldn't acknowledge that they possibly made a mistake. They jeopardized my health because they were unprofessional and flat out liars. A police report was filed and I will be warning everyone possible to stay away from ocean lakes pharmacy. Including the BBB. If you can't stay away you had BETTER count your pills before you leave the store. Disappointing and disgusting.

Low prices, friendly staff, no wait!

I have to take alot of medicine and this is the best pharmacy that I have ever been to. Roddy and his staff are really wonderful and will go out of their way to be helpful. They never take more than 10 or 15 min to fill you scripts. and if you need something that they do not have they will get it for you usually by the next day.
