I have been a renter from Permenter for the last two years. They repair items quickly and are extremely fair. Right now Ms Permenter is helping me look for an apartment to buy. She took her personal time to walk me through the process and explaining what to look for.

I trust Ms Permenter. The bad reviews are from people who did not pay their rent or destroyed their home and expected some one else to pay for it. The company was built when the Air Force Base was located in Myrtle Beach and Permenter was the top rental agent of all the companies in the Surfside Beach/ Myrtle Beach area.

Fantastic company to deal with. Largest rental property manager in Surfside Beach. Dedicated to retired military. I don't know where the other ratings came from but they are not true.

I have rented from Permenter Realty for 10 years. It is a fantastic family run business. Repairs are always and I mean always quick and easy. People that are complaining must have broken or abused something or not paid their rent.

I am looking at purchasing a home and would trust Permeter Realty to find me something in my budget. If I were to move back north to take care of my parents I would let Permenter Realty handle my property.

There is a reason they are the largest month to month realtor in Surfside Beach. They are the best.
