I have never been treated so horribly by any company ever. Typically you feel you can expect outstanding service by supporting local businesses. The owner was extremely rude twice with no provoke. Once he simply answered the phone and barked at me without having a clue that I had already spoken to someone else who was working on my job. I then went to pick up my job (submitted Monday) which was 3 days after they stated it would be completed and some of the print had been significantly distorted. I politely pointed out the quality issues(I assumed they just didn't see it) and he got extremely offended and took the order from my hands and stated he would give me a refund although didn't want my business. Because of their delay I was out of options and had to practically beg for my order back and use what I could and refund my customer the unusable portion. I seriously felt like I was in the twilight zone leaving there.



I actually had heard good things about them from another customer of mine and had been referring so much business to them. I am a designer and there were certain print jobs which I was not capable of doing. I am mortified to even refer business to these guys.



I don't understand why the owner, Tim, opened a business to service the public when he doesn't like dealing with people. I wish I could say that it's his problem and it didn't bother me but it did. I am a business owner myself and deal with customers all day every day and wouldn't dream of treating anyone this way for ANY reason. I've never written a negative review but this is well deserved.

These are the rudest and most arrogant people handling mail! I thought the USPS was bad, these guys take the cake. I had to overnight a document; they quoted me one price for the shipment over the phone and then charged another once I got there. Stay away from these guys!!!!!

Tim and Lisa are so helpful with every project; from banners to packing and shipping. They deliver the best customer service in town!

Do not use them. I phoned in advance to ask if they charged "extra fees on top of the actual cost of shipping" and was told "no". I took my packages there, which I had already checked online for an estimate from UPS, FedEx and the USPS. The estimates I got online ranged from $14-$19. The woman at Jerribob's quoted me $27.00 for my one package!! I asked her to check ALL the shippers and give me the lowest quote. She said "THAT IS THE LOWEST"! I told her about my online research and said her $27 wasn't even close and that I would take my packages somewhere else. She couldn't have cared less. I took the packages about 1-2 miles down the road to the USPS. They only charged me $11 for the SAME package she quoted me $27 on!! I had 2 of that exact same package to send to my grandkids. $22 for both sure looked a LOT BETTER than $54!! I will NEVER use them again.

Fast, effecient, pleasant service. We shipped 8 boxes effortlessly.

This year we're using their mail forwarding service, obtaining the PMB # was fast and easy; they called back when they said they would.

Wonderful to come across such good customer service.

Can get copies, supplies, ship packages and receive mail. Always responsive to my requests. Handy and professional. Now have a computer you can use with internet service. Would recommend highly. JSR
