Sloppy and unprofessional

They cut a neighbors tree. They were inconsiderate to the neighborhood and left a mess. No thought to anyone but themselves. Try someone who knows why they are doing. I would suggest that a little kindness goes a long way. Not the stereotypical response from someone who doesn't care about you.
