No one answers the phone and then the fax machine goes on.



Must be out of business.

Staff have no customer service skills.

They either are eating or texting, even when they are serving you.

They talk to you like they are doing you a favor.

I gave them my watch to replace the battery and they couldn't close the watch afterwards. Had to wait one week to get it back. I had to call daily to find out the status and these kids couldn't honor following back to me if it was ready or not.

Terrible customer service.
