Provided by YP.comBought a truck about 2yrs ago from Karplus that turned out to be a lemon and automatically gave us issues. The car's been at Sheldon's more than we've had it. No joke, our car was with them for 6 months! They didn't even have the courtesy to call and tell us what was going on. When WE had to call them (Vic) they couldn't tell us anything and had to call us back or they were looking for the part from somewhere, smh. Vic is so unprofessional and rude. Worst car experience of OUR LIVES!

Provided by YPmobileThey do not know how to fix anything secondly they take too long with their repairs once my car was there for two months straight no exaggeration I went there for transmission work they say they could not find any transmission malfunction4times
