Do not fall for their bait and switch and don't care about customers attitude!!! I paid over $2 per pound for a fresh, never frozen turkey. I received a frozen 16# turkey that took 2 days to thaw!!! Total of $43.49 spent and lots of wasted time as I lost 2 days on my dry brining process. The owner never followed up or called me over a 2 day period and never offered me a partial refund. They wanted to give me a gift card to spend more money with them. I lost time and paid to much for a frozen turkey and they don't care. They took my money and ran. They don't feel it was frozen and meantime I could not even get the neck open for 2 days it was so frozen! Frozen turkey do not sell for over $2 per pound!!! Never visiting this deli again!
