What a great experience at the Arizona Eye Institute and Cosmetic Laser Center! First, the reception area was amazing, I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The staff was both friendly and welcoming! I had scheduled an appointment with Dr. Emilio Justo to see if surgery could help with my eyelids. I had a birthday coming up and I was hoping to look my best before I made a trip back east to see my family! I completed all the initial tests and then met with Dr. Justo. He explained the entire process and answered all my questions. Needless to say, everything went even better than I could have imagined! My eyes look great!! Thanks to Dr. Justo, I am very pleased and highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their appearance!

I was so impressed with the entire office when I recently saw Dr. Justo for an eye exam. The care I received was unbeatable!! Every part of the process was exceptional as the staff and Dr. Justo are knowledgeable and caring. It is a relief for me to have a doctor who will take as much time as I need to answer every question. If and when I need any surgery in the future, I know who to trust.

Dr. Emilio Justo is an experienced eye physician and surgeon, who also staffs a talented team that makes his office a one-stop shop for anything related to vision or beauty. His nursing director, Roxanne Dorty, is the one who performed my laser hair removal. She offers free consultations and is an amazing guide for the best results. I would highly recommend all of the services at the Arizona Eye Institute.

If you are looking for an eye doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Emilio Justo and his team at the Arizona Eye Institute. I have struggled for years with red, itchy eyes and everything I tried over the counter was pointless. It never got better. I recently read about how the Arizona Eye Institute had opened a Dry Eye Center of Excellence, with the latest in testing and treatment. It never dawned on me that dry eyes where my real issue, but after reading about this center, I realized this could be the answer. Dr. Eugene Shifrin was able to diagnose my dry eye down to exactly how many tears, and the quality of tears, that I was producing! Since I began my prescription I feel like I can see again, without a constant blur and pain that dry eye was causing me. I highly, highly recommend Dr Justo, Dr. Shifrin and the Arizona Eye Institute it is worth it to see if your problem can be a treatable dry eye condition!

I Brought my parents in to see Dr. Shifrin for their eye exams. We were greeted warmly and with a smile at the front desk. Check in process was a breeze. The technician and Dr. Shifrin were both very thorough and we felt that was the best exams that my parents have had! Highly recommend the Arizona Eye Institute!

My eyelids look great! Dr. Justo is very skiled eye and cometic surgeon. I would recommend him to anyone, as I was nervous about getting this procedure. I looked at his website at some of his before and after pictures, and I was so impressed. His office looks like a 5 star resort! No one looks fake or too pulled......very atural results. None of my friends knew what I had eyelid surgery, they just all said how I looked so well rested. I healed with very little bruising, and I was back to work the following day.

Dr. Justo and the staff at the Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center are amazing. I went in for an annual eye exam last year and was blown away by the facility and the staff. Dr. Justo is so knowledgeable and takes his time to make sure all of your concerns are addressed. You certainly do not feel rushed! I recently had to bring my son in to see Dr. Clark. She was so attentive and responsive to my concerns, and was great in dealing with a wiggly child in the seat. In addition to my eye exam, I had met with Roxanne and began the Obagi Nu-Derm skin care system. After moving to Arizona, my skin had become horrible and Obagi has worked like nothing else. I'm finally confident in my own skin. I recommend Dr. Justo, Dr. Clark, and the Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center every chance that I get. You can't get better service or quality care anywhere else in the Phoenix West Valley!

I came in to see Dr. Justo for my yearly eye exam. Everyone I came in contact with at the office was helpful and friendly. Dr. Justo was very through in his explanation; he made sure that I understood everything and answered all of my questions. I came to see Dr. Justo for a routine eye exam and was very impresses. He does a complete thorough ophthalmology examination and fully explains to you any diagnoses and follow-up required. Dr. Justo is a wonderful and caring physician with a genuine compassion for his patients. The office is clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. As with all doctor's offices, there is a wait, but it wasn't too bad. I have recommended Dr. Justo to some of my family and friends who have eye problems because I know they would be in good hands.

I have had my eyes examined by Dr. Justo and his amazing staff. I have never felt so comfortable and welcome like I was at this office, from the moment I walked through the doors I was greeted by a smiling face, the wait time wasn't too bad either. When I got called back by the tech I was told everything that would be done to get me ready to see the Dr. The techs were also very friendly and helpful and answered all questions I had. Dr.Justo knows all there is to know about ophthalmology, I felt very at ease with everything he had to say. I will be telling everyone I know about him and his amazing staff.

I had an upper and lower lid surgery to remove the baggy skin under my eyes and the droopy skin from my upper eyelids. The staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Dr. Justo explained the procedure and what would happen during surgery and afterwards. My recovery was without any problems and I was back at work two days later. During my follow up visit, Dr. Justo again explained what was happening and how long it would take for all of the visual signs to disappear. He was right. My friends and family notice a change and commented how much of a change it made. I heartily recommend Dr. Justo and his staff for any cosmetic procedure.
