My experience with Phil and Sons Fence was an excellent one from start to finish. First of all, this is a great local business run by great people. I worked with John through the majority of our experience, and he was always responsive and willing to work through challenges with us to get us exactly what we were looking for in our yard. Unlike many other companies, Phil and Sons were more than willing to do a lot of the extra work that was required in our yard to help get the fence line prepared (ie removal of shrubs, bushes, and debris, removal of all materials from our yard, removal and haul away of our old fence, etc.). John made multiple visits to our house prior to us signing our contract to ensure our design was going to be exactly what we imagined it would once delivered and installed. During installation, Phil, Phil, and John were all on sight for nearly the entire two day project. I’ve worked with other fence companies in the past, and when it comes time for the job, it’s subcontracted out and the owner of the company is never to be seen or heard from again. It was refreshing to see the entire family on-site and ensuring that the entire install was done right from start to finish. The end product met all of our expectations and then some. We now have a beautiful and safe space for our children and dog to play - which was especially important for us living on a corner lot. I always say the most important thing when getting into business with someone is the character of the people you’re working with. Phil, Phil, and John meet this standard and then some! I would highly recommend Phil and Sons Fence to anyone looking to install a fence in the area!

Quick and reasonably priced, but very, very sloppy work.

We were concerned about installing the fence on our new driveway, but they assured us this would not be a problem.

Immediately after they left our driveway was in bad shape, with large, uneven holes, some filled with cement, others just dirt, which eventually started to grow weeds.

We attempted to contact Phil to come out and fix the driveway, but after a month of no shows we looked to another company.

The new company was appalled by the condition of the driveway, and said it had major structural damage.

In addition, much of their gate work was sloppy and now it no longer closes properly.

Sadly, had awesome fence installed last year but owner has made false promises to return and finish a simple repair/adjustment for a year. Just saw him working at another location, which btw was a prior referral I made on his behalf, and he still blew us off.... bad buisiness and fence still crooked and gate malfunctioning.
