So far they have been spot on. Very helpful and courteous.
So much nicer and less expensive than other nursery's in my area that I won't mention.

Stacks installed four refoliated Sable Palm trees and did a terrific job. John was very helpful in helping us select our Palms and holding them for us until time for delivery. The installation team were very professional and helped us to place our trees. We've had the most compliments from our neighbors wanting to know where we purchased our Palms. We're glad we found Stacks and I highly recommend their services. The 18 month warranty on the trees is not an added peace of mind that you will find will other Palm nurseries. The price per Palm is also very reasonable especially for the refoliated look with palms branching out. We obviously highly recommend!!!

We hired Stacks a year ago to transform our bare back yard into an Oasis....they hit it out of the park. After a year the Palm trees and associated grasses look great, the fruit trees are blooming, the various plants have bloomed throughout the year and are ready to produce another wonderful backdrop this year. We had one small problem with a fruit tree that did not respond well to transplanting...John and his team came out evaluated it and replaced it. The work and follow up service by this company is great, I will always use this company for any future landscaping.

I don't see the problem. I deal with alot of nurseries, and Stack"s, John ' and the staff were great to deal with. He knows his business, but planting has risks. I could not have been more pleased, but I've got to follow directions too. I will drive back 4 hours for more plants

Awesome service. Had some issues in my yard, came in to find out what to do. Ended up having them do some grade work, re-sod my yard and plant a few trees and shrubs. Everything looks good and they were great to deal with. I will definitely continue to shop there and recommend them to all my neighbors.

Do NOT go to Stacks Nursery! We got three trees from John the owner. I asked about the warranty, John was evasive and said they had a 50/50 warranty. We wanted them done right so we had stacks plant them. A week or so after they were planted I saw one begin to whither. I called stacks they made it clear I had not watered it enough and he was very concered to show me it was all my fault. I did as they said. The tree contuinued to wither. Stacks told me I had not put mulch on them each time I called the focall point was what I had done wrong watered too much, no fertalizer ect. I told John I didn't understand how one would die and the other two did good as all three were planted same time, in the same envirment and same treatment same watering ect. Each call I was told "you must not know anything"

The one tree was now brown and dead I told John was had spent enough time on this and I wanted a new tree. John told me "to cut the buds back and it will grow". I just wanted a new tree and was willing to pay 50/50" warranty. I finanly got fed up and dug it up and returned it.

Stack is not customer friendly I would NOT go there. NO WAY on stacks

Purchased 15 yards of mulch and had it delivered to our house. We had used Stacks many times in the past and never had an issue. The delivery guy called to get directions to our property, and we didn't hear anything else, so we assumed everything went fine, as it always has in the past. That afternoon, we got home and saw the mulch had been dropped up against the vinyl siding of the house, so we immediately moved it. We then discovered they not only delivered it against the house- leading to staining that we will have to pressure wash in hopes of removing, but the truck had cracked the driveway, and they had damaged a 20 ft palm tree in the yard. We have painters working at the house, and they explained to us that the guy delivering the mulch got the bucket of the dump truck STUCK in the tree, which resulted in the top of the tree being BENT. We took photos and went this morning to talk to John, the owner of Stacks, about the problem, he refused to accept any responsibility and tried to tell us that something must be wrong with the TREE. Needless to say, we won't be using them ever again, and may have to take legal action if the trees die. DON'T USE THEM. They will NOT accept responsibility for their mistakes!!!
