I've been taking various metal items (aluminum cans, copper wire, small ferrous metal scraps, etc.) to Low Country Recycling 2 to 3 times each year for about 3 years, and they've always been very helpful while offering fair market prices. I've also been quite impressed that they politely require a valid Dorchester County non-ferrous metals transportation permit before they'll accept specific materials. I'm a rigorous recycler, and this local company allows me to get a few dollars back in my pocket each year while helping me reduce what I'd otherwise have to drop off for disposition in a local landfill.

The Recycling is open Saturday 8:00 am to 1:00pm
