BOUGHT A SUV in dec.days in had to have it towed back in,service charged 362.00 to cut off service light,came back on leaving the lot,went back to Mr
ED and he ran away from us like a dog with his tail between his legs,never talked to him,left very DISAPPOINTED with Hoover and now it's at a Buick DEALER with 5000.00 in repairs THANKS MR ED AND SNAKE BILLY,you got me..I just don't know how you sleep at night with what y'all do to people,,KARMA will come to you both

Please be triple careful to call them multiple times and ask multiple salespeople BEFORE you drive out to their dealership. They advertise vehicles that are not for sale.

Stay away from this dealership...

Stay away from this dealership! I've experienced both their sales and service departments and both are severly lacking in professionalism. While looking at Wranglers, I overhear their dealers (about 5 of them hanging out with each other and smoking) yelling at an old car that drove by telling them to "trade in that POS". Not exactly professional in my opinion. Their variety of vehicles is mind boggling. They have only 2 Wrangler 4 doors and hundreds of Dodge Rams. Their sales people aren't really sure of the differences between their own makes and models, and know less about their own car's features than I do. Their service department claimed they fixed a software issue on my navigation (I noted that it was the same software that I entered the dealership with) and if I have the problem again, they'll replace the whole radio. So basically I caught them red handed claiming they changed something when I know they didn't. Who knows if they actually change your oil?

The sales staff was efficient ...

The sales staff was efficient and helpful during the sale. The service department however is a den of thieves. My wife took in her 2009 Journey because the brakes were squealing after only 28,000 miles. They hit her up for $226.00 in non-warranty repair and parts when all it needed was pads.($28.00) First of all, brakes should not be failing after only 28,00 miles. Secondly, even under extreme conditions, to have rotors fail so soon is not a possibility unless they were extremely poor quality to begin with. Hoover does not hire actual mechanics, only parts changers so there are not any "repairs" going on, they just replace parts until something changes then charge the customer for their incompetance. I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced there.

I AM VERY PLEASED AND WILL NOT GO ANY WHERE ELSE IN THE FUTURE . WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO GET EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH AND DIDNT TRY TO RIP ME OFF LIKE OTHER DEALERS TRIED PLAYING THAT NUMBERS GAME THEY DONT DO THAT AT HOOVER I WAS VERY PLEASED AND RELAXED WITH MY CAR PURCHASE . THIS IS HOW YOU SHOULD BUY A CAR. THANK YOU HOOVER SUMMERVILLE
