Roger is horrible. I had an inspection done. He said house didn't have foundation under it. Which it didnt because it's on a slab. I had foundation company come check it and was just fine. Called roger to get a refund because he was wrong. He told me to get paper work I agreed then he still refused a refund. I lost a perfect house because he does not know his job. Trust me don't hire this roger goodman

Roger's botched inspection of our home has left us $70,000 deep in missed structural repairs and he could not care less. NEVER, ever use this company. Our appointment was set up by our Realtor & we had no way to check references. Huge Mistake. BEWARE.

The worst inspection ever. The guy Roger sat on the computer typing the report instead of actually INSPECTING. Total joke and a waste of time. Don't hire them. Beware

Terrible company.

They don't stand behind what they say.

They don't warranty any of the several things THEY WILL MISS!

And they don't want to talk to you after an inspection unless you are calling to pay them.
