We were excited to find a place that was new, and looked nice. We've been here a little over 6 months, and are ready to leave -- which we are next month. Management is a joke, from losing our rent check -- making it our problem when we were out of town, then finding it, after we stopped payment on it. Then when rented month-to-month, called them to verify monthly rent amount, quoted me a figure, which we paid, we come home to a late fee notice, stating we were $30 short, what a joke -- again their mistake. Upon giving vacate notice, again they miscalculated the rent again in their favor. Last straw is they're insisting (without looking at our apartment) that we HAVE to have the carpets steamed cleaned prior to their inspection -- if we don't show a receipt that we've done so, they will deduct that from our sec. deposit. We are never here -- the place is like new, our lease does not state that we have to have the carpets professionally cleaned -- just another of their ways to get additional $ out of us. Oh and I forgot to mention ITSA -- which we were NOT told about, so the first month the bill came with a few days to pay it, well we were out of town, and didn't get the notice til it was past due -- again they wanted to penalize us for it.



Now on to the noise, unbelievable, not only can I hear everyone on the stairs going to and from their apartment, but even when the people about walk in the apartment I can hear it, their TV, music, the conversations in the parking lot -- so sound proofing at all. Then there are the bugs - I was standing outside and my feet were getting bit by fire ants, we have these tiny flies in our apartment - like a sand fly, and I'm worried about them getting into our furniture, the bugs here in the apartment complex is incredible, but they're also in our apartment.



Lastly, but not so important -- who puts dark brown lounge chairs by the pool -- it's SC, and those things heat up REALLY hot - I know I burned myself on them, can't imagine a child coming in contact with them, don't know what the heck they were thinking there.



Let's just say we're glad to go, mostly because of the terrible management in this place.
