If you ever have gutters installed do not go through Charleston Exteriors. Their customer service is horrible. The owner Eddie Taylor had his people come out and install gutters on our home and they didn't do it right in certain areas. When I called to have them schedule an appointment to come out and fix what they screwed up Eddie gave me the run around, blew Mr off and was setting up new appointments and ignoring a current existing customer.



Now he refuses to answer my emails or take my phone calls
