I just wanted to take the time out to commend Anthony, on his excellent customer service even though I asked him 1 billion questions he was very patient with me and answered them all perfectly. I was skeptical at first but his positive attitude and good energy definitely won me over and I would choose this location and company again and again.

The customer service recieved @ ur Marlow heights location IS impeccable... I must say... I was greatly appreciative of the level of professionalism & knowledge of EVERYTHING... The rep Janay was a jewel to work... The other 2 young ladies (Marika & Sonjia), in the office were very sweet spirited & knowledgable as well! I will most definitely refer ppl to THT particular location, for sure... Thx public storage!!
