For one thing they know it's a holiday weekend so why wouldn't you have more vehicles available for your customer to chose from instead of a take it or leave it situation DO BETTER!!! Then when I went to return the car they tell you to sit down someone will be right with you then they start taking care of everybody that walks in the door after you DO BETTER!!! If you work there and you see the room filling up with customer, but you act like you don't see them then clock out and go home, because you are a waste of space DO BETTER!!!

Overall decent experience but I expect them to have a better selection of cars at the BMW dealership. I was getting my 5 series repaired and the only car available was Nissan Sentra - definitely a downgrade to what I normally drive. In addition, I was given the car on empty!
