I had a bad experience with this car rental site. The sales representative was not friendly at all, I wait a longtime to get a car. I was told that the car was being washed. When I finally got a Nissan 2013 rental car, the Sales Rep and I walked around the car for damages. Then the Sales Rep got in the car and asked me if I know how to start the car I said yesand then he as me to initial to decline the insurance that I didnt want and he handed me the keys. Thats when I said how much gas is in the car, it was on Empty. So my husband said, that is bad business; why would give your customer a car on Empty. The Rep said my Super got sick and took the gas card home. By that time, my husband said to me get in the car and we will go with him. He refuse to take us with him and argued back and forth with my husband. Once the argument ceased, we told him to go. It took him another 15 minutes to return with the car. He handed me the key and said have a nice day. Not one time, did he explain how much gas was in the car. As we exited out of the dealership, I noticed that I had no documents for the car. So, I had to go back inside the rental office and get the papers. The ONLY thing he said, was I thought I gave you the paper. I rented cars from Enterprise before and had great experience. I will never rent from that location again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE......March 2013
