not a good place to work

the manager is very unprofessional,does'nt know how to deal with people and manage employees hrs and schedules,he should not erase employees schedule without letting him/she know that she is coming to work or not, conflict happens because of that, no good communication and responsibilities....talking on the cellphone and smoking during working hrs is not ok if your not on your break.....people here in this gasoline station including the manager are inappropriate doing this this kind of behavior...
