Bought a vintage Fender Telecaster guitar from them. Took it to an expert and everything was correct. Price was very fair and the service was excellent. Will certainly be going back in the future.

Went in to sell some gold and found them to be very helpful and respectful. I certainly didn't get the same treatment that the last guy got. Maybe he got them on a bad day or there is more to the story, don't know. But my experience was great and would gladly go back again.

Man! I used pawn guru to sell some SILVER-PLATED "ANTIQUE'S" DATED BACK 1912-70, HOTEL ADOLOHUS AND OTHER S.P. PAWN GURU SUBMITED MY PEICE TO HERITAGE JEWELRY AND LOAN. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING IT COULD BE UP TO 50-5000, OK KOOL! GOES UP TO CHECK IT OUT. QUATER TANK IN GAS TANK. SPOKE TO FIRST GUY.HE SAID TALK TO THE LADY NEXT TO HIM SHE KNOWS BETTER THAN HIM. OK! SPOKE TO NICE LADY. SHE LOOKED IT UP. AND ASK ME. HOW MUCH IM ASKING? I SAID TOP DOLLAR.(THIS IS JUST ONE PIECE IM SHOWING). SHE DID MORE IN COMPUTER.THIS OTHER GUY WALKS IN FROM OUTSIDE. GETS BEHIND COUNTER. GRAB THE PEICE AND SAID. I DONT BUY SILVER PLATED. WOW! ALL I COULD THINK ABOUT WAS... IM BOUT TO RUN OUTTA GAS NOW. THOUGHT I HAD SOMETHING GOOD GOING. BUT I CAN SAY. THAT LADY WAS THE NICEST PERSON IN THERE. SO IF YOU GO THERE SPEAK TO THE LADY FIRST. THEM GUYS KNOWS NOTHING. SORRY FELLAS! FIND ANOTHER JOB IF YOU CANT HELP A CUSTOMER. ANHEUSER BUSCH HISTORY IS WORTHLESS. IS WHAT THEY TELLS ME....MY FIVE STARS IS FOR THAT LADY WHO TRIED TO HELP ME..THANK YOU LADY.
