I don't know if the first reviewer is a competitor, or just a troll, but I spend extra time driving to use H&H because all of the staff, including Ted, have gone out of their way to help with with a variety of issues with buying and maintaining my 3 clarinets. Hector, the clarinet specialist, is outstanding, and goes out of his way to minimize the amount of time your equipment is in the shop.

The worst customer service ever from Ted. This store manager was very rude and disrespectful. Even Ashley Hackney at Brook Mays, was rude and disrespectful. I don't know how a business can survive when you treat your customers so mean. I will never rent/buy from here. Buyer beware when you sign a contract with them.
