I don't usually write reviews but I fell the public should be warned about this "medical" practice.  I put medical in quotes because doctors are supposed to cause no harm, a practice that Complete Dermatology does not seem to subscribe to.  

As a new patient I arrived 30 min early to fill out paperwork.  I singed in and was asked to take a seat.  It took the office staff 15 minutes to find the new patent paper work for me to fill out.  A full hour after my scheduled appointment time I asked the nurse when I would be seen and was told they were running a little behind and it will be another 15-20 minutes.  I was finally seated in a room a full 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment.  (2 hours after arriving.)

I had 2 small bumps on the bottom of my foot.  The doctor came in looked at them for 15 seconds said they were corns and that I needed to go to Walgreens and get over the counter corn removal treatment.  She was in and out in less than 2 minuets and left in the middle of a question I was asking.  She yelled from the hall that maybe I should go see a podiatrist as she did not like treating feet.  

I paid my co-pay $45 dollars on the way out and thought that would be that.  

I followed her treatment recommendation for 2 weeks and my foot seemed to get worse.  So I made an appointment with a local podiatrist.  He looked at my foot and said he would have to wait until the "treatment" suggested by Complete had healed before he could help me.  

To top it all off Complete sent me a bill for $130.  When I call them to complain that their treatment was inaccurate and that the doctor saw me for only 2 min., they told me I would pay the complete bill or they would make sure to do everything they can to harm my credit.  

Run don't walk away from this quack.

I loved Dr Woodruff. I have a history of skin cancer and need regular check ups to make sure no new ones are growing. She I'd a very thorough dermatologist. It has been wonderful having her in Brenham. I have sent several friends and family members to see her, and they have all been very happy with her care. She brings her dog to work, but he stays in the back of the office with the receptionist. I love seeing him sitting back there when I go for my appointment. I have Medicare and am grateful to have a dermatologist who takes Medicare.

I saw Dr Woodruff at her new office in Brenham - she moved from Sugar Land recently and opened a new office. She helped me with treating acne and worts. Her staff is great, and she explained the treatments and what to expect. I will definately go back to see her for any skin problems that come up. It only took a couple of days to get in since the office just opened. Great doctor!
