Ignore the BBB A+ rating. They have not chosen to join the Better Business Bureau and so since there's no complaints (and never will be there since they're not a member) they get the default A+.

Also, this business has tried to get my negative review elsewhere removed. Since this tactic may oftentimes be successful, it would be wise to mentally remove a couple of stars from this site's overall rating for them.

I had never been to ABC Animal and Bird Clinic before the day my rabbit became ill. My original vet said that they only did yearly physicals but did not deal with anything major when it comes to rabbits. So they sent me to ABC. And I am so thankful for that. My rabbit, GiGi, is my life. I raised her from when she barely had her eyes open. I had to bottle feed her and we have a bond that is unlike anything else I have ever experienced. To lose her would have devastated me. But with Dr. Roset and the other employees there, they saved my baby. They had to open up her stomach and remove a mass. I was so scared but Dr. Roset saved my baby and I will be forever grateful to her and the whole place! I cannot recommend them enough! And they have my eternal thanks for saving my baby's life.

A little pricey but very good vets and the staff is very caring. I had to put my cat to sleep due to his suffering from a terminal illness and I was comforted by everyone as I went through this horrible experience. One of the vets there, Dr. Fisher, was able to diagnose a problem with my other cat that other vets could not figure out. I have a high level of respect for this vet, but all of the vets here are very good. Very nice facility and people. Worth the price.
