I have taken our autos to Midwest many time and found them to be competent and honest. I watched as a women brought in a car that had a small issue, they worked on it for 20 minutes and resolved the problem then sent her on her way with no charge. I am sure she was a regular but that tells you something about the shop. The owners know most of the customers by their first names, that tells you something about the shop. Everyone that works there is very friendly and I highly recommend Midwest Quick Lube.

Did work without quoting me beforehand. Charged exorbitant rates (3x price for same fuel pump online) and also disabled my gas gage in the process of replacing my fuel pump. Declined to fix the gage because how would he know it was working when it came in? If you like getting taken for a ride, this is your place.

I have known Charlie and Jeff for over 20 years. When I worked in Sugar Grove, I'd take my vehicles there for anything from an oil change to a head gasket. They're always honest, competent, and friendly. To give you an idea how good they are, I will be having a car towed from Lombard, way out to them today. They deserve 6 stars!

Very nice! They stayed late on a Friday to do some emergency work on my daughter's car that was leaving for Minnesota on Saturday morning. Very good work. Highest recommendation.
