I''m back again! My now 15 year-old, 223,000-mile Acura was involved in an accident that required extensive front and rear panel damage repair. Based on my previous total satisfaction with the work done by Mike, I entrusted him to complete this necessary work; my trust was very well placed., with COMPLTE SATISFACTION once again. Not only that, he also stood behind his previous work, when he remediated a couple rust spots that re- appeared, without charge. And after all that he detailed my car inside and out, and sprayed a clear coat overall. When seen afterwards, several of my neighbors asked me if I bought a new car! I am delighted, and couldn't recommend him highly enough..

The service we received from your shop and your staff was simply one of the very best customer experiences we can remember.



Your front office staff is extremely well organized and friendly and pleasant on the telephone and in person. The estimate that your associate prepared was done professionally - though we needed to have a second one prepared to satisy the other party's insurance company. Your shop's work with both insurance companies was transparent to us and worked out very well.



You had a rental car available to us when we dropped off the car and that worked perfectly. I didn't have to do anything.



The work is absolutely flawless and the car looks like the brand new car that it is.



Finally, when I picked up the car it looked as it it had been detailed. The associate obviously took pride in his work ( Andrew, I think ) and this is something your customers must all really appreciate - I know I did. Even the "buzz" sound that I mentioned to you when I dropped off the car is GONE. That's a relief.



I was looking for a place to post this review on line and I would be happy to do so when your website is fully up and running. In the meantime, I felt we should convey our thanks to you and your staff for a first rate experience - I'm glad I chose Mike's over Balise and kept my business in Suffield - I also feel sure that we got the best job we possibly could have. Absolutely Triple A+ company. His price was very fair, the work impecable, and completed in a timely manner. The paint match (silver metallic) was perfect! He did some extra work that was not included in the work order/agreement at no extra charge. And finally, he even cleaned the interior, and detailed the exterior. My 13 year-old, 208,000 mile Acura looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. And, you don't need to live in the Suffield area to make the trip from elsewhere very much worthwhile. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

My 2006 Hyundai Sonata was damaged during the snowstorm on Feb. 8 when it skidded into a fire hydrant and suffered major front end damage. I called Mike Cerrato, the owner of Mike's Auto Body and he had the car picked up and brought to his shop. His shop is affiliated with my insurance company so he dealt with them directly and they approved his estimate and ok'd the repair. He got all the parts needed to affect the restoration and had the job finished in seven days. The paint on this car is a purple metallic and must be a tough color to match, but he did it and you cannot tell where the new and old paints join - it's blended perfectly. The car has the look like it just came off the showroom floor, and I could not be any happier. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing auto body work, because of their performance and the way they handled the job from beginning to end. Nice people that treat their customers the way they should be treated. 5 star folks to do business with.
