I had a last-minute audition at 5pm. I first had to rush to Reproductions to get my headshots & then headed to Arnold's. Although he had another customer he was helping at the time he greeted me (acknowledged me) and said he would be with me in just a minute. Just about a minute or two later he handed me a print job I emailed to him about an hour earlier. LOL. We never met before, but he made a very lucky guess that I was the guy who emailed him. He also loaded up my headshots & got my resume added to the back in no time at all. Arnold's is the place to go. Arnold is personable, approachable, fast, efficient and has definitely made me a return customer. And, I got to my audition & booked the job. Awesome.

Arnold's Copy and Printing on Ventura in Studio City is not only easy to find, parking lot in the back makes his services easy to access. Arnold is pleasant, talented and knows his business. He can accomplish all sorts of printing runs and has helped me with many technical issues with my projects. If I am in a real hurry and he CAN, he will do my project while I wait. If he cannot, he'll squeeze my project in as soon as he can. He always has great suggestions for related products that might be useful to my organization. I have used other printers in the area with inconsistent results. Arnold is THE printer I recommend, even for projects out of the LA area!!

Arnold really saved me in my rush to get everything printed in time for finals! He was very helpful and I appreciated that he took the time to answer any extra questions I had. He even worked with me to get my business cards just right when I made a mistake in my composition.

This place is fast and efficient. The customer service is A+ and the quality is very good. The prices are very reasonable as well.

Arnold is the best. Easy to work with, incredibly helpful and responsive. Calls when he says he will, gives realistic deadlines, and couldn't be nicer. He's made edits for me on site - above and beyond what he needs to do. He's the place to go.

Arnold is great. He's not Arnold "the actor," but Arnold "the printer." Like a baker he wakes up in the morning and puts those prints in the oven. They always feel hot and steamy when they get out.

Arnold is the hardest working printer around and with the best prices! I can't speak more highly of him as a printer and he as a person is great to deal with. Anything that you might need will be of top quality and of the most unique and effective design. He is highly creative and I just loved all of his suggestions for my project. He is also excellent with time constraints and will do whatever it takes to get the job done whenever you need it.

I have been going to Arnolds Printing in Studio City for two years now, and I could kick myself when I think about all the time and money I wasted at Kinkos and the like. This is a small business run by a guy who is intelligent, creative, extremely computer-savvy - and he has the best prices!! I work with a couple of local schools, and when I bring that work to Arnold, I know it will be perfect - and for educators, it has to be perfect. Really fast service, prices that are super-competitive, and you get to deal with a person who will be there the next time you come in - and the next time after that.

I also like knowing that my money goes to support a local small business, not some conglomerate. Go to Arnold, already!

I shopped around for printers within the LA area and once I found Arnold I haven't used anyone else. Responsive, knowledgeable, helpful. He prints a proof on site and has you sign off on it. He was able to assist on color correction (he found the Pantone Color swatch closest to what I wanted) so that I knew my final product was exactly what I wanted. Quickly converted my files from RGB to CMYK and checked for any mistakes on the spot so that when my final product printed I knew what I was getting. Overall, he is knowledgeable and willing to work with you. Fast service, high quality prints, shows you samples and difference between matte and glossy and his prices are excellent.

One stop for all of your printing and copying needs. Arnold is professional, fast, friendly and a lot of fun to work with. And I love supporting local businesses like Arnold's, especially since I have a lot of copying and binding every month. I send the job request and never have to worry about the quality -- Arnold lets me know when it's ready. He takes extra care to make sure the work is done to your specifications, and he's given me great advice when I wasn't sure how to proceed with a particular print job or design. From the first day I walked into his shop I had a friend as well as a business partner, and for that I'm very grateful.

In this day and age of chains and big box stores people always think of them first and believe they will get what they want. Wrong! I needed to print a program for an event for a group I belong to. I did not want to go to a chain like Kinko's or Office Depot as I needed it fast, I needed someone who would work with me on layout and could take my poor attempt to lay it out in a word documents and make it look good and not someone who makes minimum wage and does not care.



So I went to Arnolds Copy & Printing as it is near where I take my dog for grooming. Arnold is Awsome! He worked with me, communicated with me, responded to my emails and myriad of questions and his price is more than fair. You hear the candidates talk about small businesses and how they drive the economy. They do drive the economy and we should all use them as you can develop a relationship and get the attention you need. So next time you need in printing drive by all of the chains, drive by the big box stores, drive by everyone and go to Arnolds. I know I will.

He just didn't do just what he is told, he went beyond and provided other possible creative production solutions. Great customer service, the price is right, and the job was exactly as I requested.Arnold's is the best! His accuracy is high and he can deliver work on a tight deadline. I highly recommend this place.

Today Arnold promised to print and fold my order while I ate lunch at nearby restaurant. It was a big order and a small lunch. When I returned, the job was just about finished and Arnold ran back to the folding machine so as not to keep me waiting a second longer than necessary. Great service. Great printing. Great prices. I call that exceptional.
