Brian Blumenauer, MD, is a board-eligible plastic surgeon at Oceana Aesthetics in Stuart, Florida. With a passion for helping patients navigate their aesthetic journeys, Dr. Blumenauer prioritizes their goals and desires above all else. His listening skills and dedication to spending quality time with each patient set Dr. Blumenauer apart from other cosmetic surgeons. A third-generation Floridian, Dr. Blumenauer obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. His interest in medicine and surgery led Dr. Blumenauer to Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, where he earned his medical doctorate. Dr. Blumenauer later completed his general surgery residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in Houston, Texas, one of the busiest trauma centers in the United States. He trained under some of the most well-known surgeons in the country, honing his surgical skills.  This extensive training led Dr. Blumenauer to complete a plastic surgery fellowship at the prestigious Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.  Dr. Blumenauer understands the impact that plastic surgery can have on a patient’s self-esteem and quality of life. He takes the time to get to know each patient, whether they visit for breast augmentation or a complete mommy makeover. He also specializes in migraine surgery to help patients find relief from debilitating headaches. As a skilled surgeon, Dr. Blumenauer takes a modern approach to surgery that prioritizes patient safety and natural-looking results. Dr. Blumenauer is proud to share his passion for medicine with his wife, Natalie, who is an emergency medicine physician. Together, the pair share three sons and enjoy spending time in Natalie’s hometown of Stuart. When Dr. Blumenauer isn’t working or spending time with family, he enjoys fishing and golfing.
