What a rip-off. Closed account Had full tanks and they won't give credit for the propane already purchased, This is typical of this company. Please beware, if you sign with them they will charge you the highest prices for propane and for everything else they can

STAY AWAY FROM AMERIGAS RIPOFF ARTISTS. I've had Amerigas in my new home for 14 months, company has a history of overcharging their customers, last delivery I received I was charged $2.67/gal for propane, my brother in law is building a new house nearby and was quoted $1.99/gal by Amerigas and one other company, $1.47/gal by another company, and Keystone Propane quoted $1.27/gal., that's $1.40/gal less than Amerigas. Amerigas wants $2500 plus tax from me to purchase the 500/gal tank that's been in the ground for 8 years, it's worth it to be rid of them and not get ripped off anymore. Do your research search for AMERIGAS COMPLAINTS, they receive bad reviews from all over the country, the majority of complaints are about price gouging. STAY AWAY FROM AMERIGAS.

I had them rip me off over a year ago. Charged me $6 a gallon when going price was $1.89. got a call from new manager stating they were going clean up Stroudsburg. BULL!
