Stay away from Cheryl Went in to to have fit adjusted because the glasses were a little loose and she took them and started bending the temple pieces without even seeing how they were fitting me first. Then condensendingly kept telling me she was "sorry" and now the fit is so bad and crooked and I will be asking for a new set of frames to replace these that she twisted so badly that they sit unevenly on my face. This supposed experienced employee acts as if she is put out by helping the customer. I wish I didn't have to go back there but have no choice

I went here and the exam was terrible, I can see better out of my 5yr old glasses than the prescription given me at this location. The glasses cost me for one pair about $400 and the frames were not anything that was superior. I tell all of my friends to Not go there. It iwas run at the time I went by very young, fresh out of high school, girls within minimal experience in customer service. It was no bargain and now less than 1 year I have to go out and buy new glasses.

DO NOT PURCHASE OPTICAL ENHANCEMENTS AT "AMERICAS BEST"! I was ripped-off by this store, paying $157+ for only one pair of lenses in the $49.95 frame! ZERO STAR RATING!
