Provided by YPmobileMy family is there right now. My sister in law had to ask for bedding, and some extra so that she could cover the 5-6 bloodstains on the pull out mattress. We tried to go to the "heated" pool... yeah 60 degrees tops. Asked the desk manager to check the heater. He swears it was 80, NO FREAKING way. Seriously the water was COLD. One look at the pool jets and you could clearly see there was an issue since the water was coming out in gulps. And the filter skimmer, the water didnt even go 1/4" inch above the bottom lip. Doesn't take a genius to know that the water was too low for it to function properly.
