Never showed up, never called back. Our lawn mower broke and we needed lawn service for a couple of weeks until it was fixed. David, the person who answered the business number, said he'd have the crew out in a couple of days and that I needed cash on hand to pay them at the time of service. This was Monday. Thursday comes and I haven't heard from them at all. I called again and he said he'd have the crew come out that day and he'd call me back when he figured out what time they'd be here. As of 7:00, never heard from him. Called him back again and got his voicemail, where I told him not to bother coming out at all as I'd find someone else.



Very unprofessional, and now my grass is thigh high on my toddler, who can't even play in the yard until it's mowed.
