I've had several sets of tires installed by them and they've always been fast, courteous, and fairly priced.

Took my car in for an estimate. When they were doing the work I got a phone call saying the price would almost be double of the estimate. What is the point of getting an estimate? There were no extra parts added from the original estimate. I felt extremely ripped off. I will never go there again.

I took my truck to Stoughton tire to get the front end aligned after putting new tires on it. After about a two months and 4000 mile after the alignment I noticed that just the front drivers side tire was cupping bad on the inside of the tire. I took the truck back to them and Todd the owner said he would redo the alignment. Well after a 2000 mile trip now both front tires are cupping bad and almost ruined. So I took it to another shop to have the front end checked out to make sure nothing had gone bad. That shop said all of the parts in the front are great and tight. They told me that the alignment rack that Stoughton tire used was probably in need of a calibration. So I took my truck back to Stoughton tire again to talk to Todd (the owner) about the problem I was having. I told him about the problem I was having and he said there must be something wrong with my truck. I than told him that his shop had looked at it twice and another shopped looked at yesterday and could not find anything wrong with it and all of the front end parts are tight. I than asked if his alignment rack could be in need of being re calibrated. Todd than came unglued and snatched the paper work from my hand and said “his $53,000.00 alignment rack could never be off and he would fix my problem right now by giving me my money back”! After he refunded my money to me he refused to give me back my paper work and said ” That I could not have back my paper work because now that he gave me my money back its like they never worked on my truck.” I said I wanted my paper work back for my records and he still said no and that it didn’t belong to me. I asked for back again and after going back in forth with him for about 2 min. he finally gave it back to me. He than told me to “get out of his shop”. I would not recommend this shop to anybody to get any type of work done.

Highly recommend Stoughton Tire, one of the few ones that keep the parts taken from car for you to look at and explain repairs in detail. Turn-around on repairs and follow-up are GREAT. Frank

On several occasions had to get my daughter's car to Stoughton Tire and they exceeded each time on service and cost. Highly recommend these guys. there are a few shops you can trust and this is one you can really trust. Appreciate that they are around in our community.

These guys are simply THE BEST! Their diagnostics are spot on. Their repairs are excellent AND RELIABLE! I'd trust any of their repairs to roll out of their shop and do a cross country tour! The rates are almost ridiculously reasonable. I've had them do everything from simple tune ups to full transmission replacements on four vehicles and every job puts a smile on my face! Thanks guys for being there and doing the best job around when I need you. Stoughton (and the surrounding area) . . . WE are lucky to have them!

Honest, quick, and accommodating. These guys really get how to do good business, they seem to be having fun with what they do. Whenever I have a car issue, I just take it there because I know Tod is going to give it to me straight and do the right thing.
