I was scheduled to have friends help me move my large furniture items, which were the last remaining things I needed to complete my move. After re-examining, I realized several pieces were very, very heavy and much-to-much to ask them to do, so I called my previous movers on a Wednesday afternoon for the upcoming Friday or Saturday. While they were unable to help me, they recommended I call Isaac’s Moving and storage.

A quick call to Mark at Isaac’s Moving and storage and he was able to fit me in for an early morning move on that Friday. I was quoted for a two-hour move and the estimate was spot on. The moving team was helpful, friendly and extremely efficient in getting the job done. I would recommend Isaac’s Moving and storage to anyone wanting professional movers who do the job and get it done right.

Called and spoke with David on 2/4/13 and he was very helpful and detailed on the cost. I called him based upon the reviews I read here on yelp. On 2/6/13 I got a phone call that let me know they were on their way. They showed up on time and wasted no time in getting started. The three of them worked very fast and took great care to wrap and protect all our items. It was astonishing watching them work. Fast, friendly and efficient and in two hours the entire house was packed in the back of their truck.



When they arrived at our new home they were equally impressive in the unloading making sure they put each item in the right room. They also took great care not to drag in dirt while doing it. In 75 minutes everything had been unloaded and all the wrapping removed and the mess of all the tape and plastic went with them. Nothing was broken, not one item.



Nobody likes the hassle of moving but this company made the move as effortless on us as possible. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

We used Issac’s Moving and storage to move from our old house to our new one. Ami and his associate did an excellent job. They were very professional and very careful. Not a single thing went wrong throughout the entire move and everything was done very quickly. I recommended their services to my friend and he was very happy with his move as well. Moving can be very stressful. If you hire Issac’s Moving and storage to haul your stuff, not so stressful. Thank you Ami! I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. Fast efficient and very careful with some valuable and fragile furniture that I have.



Ami and Lou were on time, pleasant and professional. This move into my apartment from a storage box cost half of what I paid another company to move the same stuff into the same storage box. Go figure!

Ami and his guys are top notch. I've moved many many times when someone else was paying and for MY money I would only spend it here. Makes me wonder how someone else was spending their money for those other guys. These guys packed with care, didn't lose anything (like many past movers), and were very responsive and helpful in moving out of their storage into my new place.

We were recommended Isaac Moving and Storage by a colleague and came out happy only with the initial phone contact that I made to their customer service dept for an inquiry and decided to book them instantly . Seriously, the guys rocked and it took them just 10 mins and packed up the truck with all of our belongings in a few short hours. They even carried my very heavy kingsize bed down one flight and up three flights of stairs without scratching any walls. Only concern was that they arrived in 30 mins late that day and owed it to the bad weather conditions which disrupted our evening plan of watching opera.

My job is to serve the country and as person from defense profession I had the privilege to explore country and had to relocate to different places with my family now and then. .This time I was made to hunt for my own abode and a subordinate from our regime informed me about Issac Moving and Storage and I readily called them and fixed booking. On the moving day a team of 3 showed up on time and headed straight to work without wasting a single minute , these guys were professional and friendly even though they had to move me into an apartment which had no elevato. The team worked hard and got my move completed in less than the estimated time. Thanks.

I live in the suburb and do devote my time out of my office duty hours in helping out the underprivileged and the elderly. I was once put on a request by an elderly couple to get them move out and my job required to find a moving company for their move from one senior housing location to another. On some recommendations we shortlisted Isaac Moving and Storage. The move was more complex because the manager at the new location would only operate the bigger elevator at certain hours, so the move had to be timed well. And after the main move, some furniture had to be dropped at a specific time interval and the move went very well so I recommend company for no hassle and a reasonably priced experience.

We've used Isaac Moving and Storage twice now - once for a cross town move with more than a little complexity and a second time to move some heavy items in a follow up about a year later. This time I gave them the keys, headed to work for a meeting thinking I would meet them at 12:00. At 11:00, half-way through my meeting, I got a call – and came to know that they were all done . On both these times we had been incredibly impressed with their professionalism, timeliness, and the ease with which they worked .. This company is the only moving company we'll recommend to anyone looking out for relocation. Thanks.

Now that the dust has settled after moving, I can finally sit down and recount some of my moving experiences to people who care about my opinon so we hired Issac’s Moving and storage - I picked up this company after researching out several other moving options. I have no idea, probably the cooler name - and on the day of the move, we got off on the wrong foot, as they showed up at the wrong building. then the move took longer than i thought it would, which of course, increased the cost, but i'm still happy. and here's why: first of all, they were cautious - everything was meticulously wrapped and carefully placed, and now 3 weeks later Thanks guys

I found Issac’s Moving and storage through various review websites online. They showed up on time, and were helpful and friendly. They did a great job of moving our piano and solid wood roll top desks, and even managed not to break my weaker IKEA furniture. They even tolerated me listening to WW2 history, for school. When we arrived at the new place, they hooked up the washer and dryer without me asking, or them making a big deal out of it. The team was amazing! The price was very fair and exactly what I was promised. No hidden fees, and everything was explained clearly, up-front. Highly recommended.

I hired Issac’s Moving and Storage to help me pack and move my house based on my friend recommendation. I was from start to completion impressed by every single person I deal with. Sherif the In House estimate was polite professional and he reassured me that I have Binding not to exceed price. a week late a large moving came to do the packing in 8 strait hours my house all in boxes and the movers did excellent job.



Next day 6 guys came and i less than 5 hours the van was loaded and on the way to my new house. If I can give Issac’s Moving 10 stars I will



There were no issues with the delivery as well. All my furniture was put back together they even help me unpack many boxes at no extra charge

I've used Isaac Moving and Storage for my previous moves. They've been exceptional every time. I believe a few hundred bucks is fully worth when you want to take things in a comfortable way and these guys were very much reliable and also courteous that I'm never going to move myself again. The only time a job went "over" budget was when I was essentially too lazy to pack my kitchen myself which anyways was not a part of their schedule to move ,The team of 3 movers showed great determination in their work and did not take even a single breakage at all. I really thank them and recommend them.

We had an amazing moving experience from Isaac Moving and Storage and never again will I struggle to get furniture from room to room. Never again will I have a sore back from lifting heavy things. After we wrestled with a couch for a full day, the guys from showed up early (after checking to see if early was ok) they, moved large furniture around like it was nothing, moved a couple of pieces we planned on doing ourself, and were out of there in 15 minutes! Did I mention they took this small job with only a day's notice to save us from living with a couch wedged in our hallway?



These guys were polite, courteous, easy and had a very reasonable price. You really need to use these guys to find out that moving can be a great experience! I won't even think of doing it myself again.

I called up Isaac Moving and Storage and they confirmed the date/time that we had put up to them according to our convenience. . However we ended up having to change the date/time so I called the sales rep again and he was able to accommodate our request even though it was a holiday weekend. Our crew showed up on time . They were efficient, friendly & careful with our belongings. After the job was done the amount due was less than the initial quote and since they completed it before time the amount reduced a little lower than the initial estimate for which I had to face a little inconvenience of going to my bank and ordering a separate cheque for them otherwise their service was not bad at all.

We took services of Isaac Moving and Storage just a month back. For the actual move they were great - swift, pleasant and uncomplaining, even though our elevator was at the second loft was out of service for most of the move. We were so delighted with them at that time -we even bought them lunch and gave them a good tip. The move took 3 hours and it was, by far, the most professional move I've ever been a part of. I used these guys to move from my parents house to my new 1-bedroom apartment. They were professional, very quick, and very careful with my stuff. I have a lot of IKEA furniture and a few pieces had to be taken apart, but they put them back together once we got to my apartment! I also ended up with an extra guy (I requested 2) for no extra charge!



From the initial phone call to the day of the move, I was very happy with their service. I would recommend them to anyone moving.

I had this company Isaac Moving and Storage come out because of the great track record they had.. They were on-time, friendly, careful, and quick. I moved into a building with pretty strict guidelines, and they handled it without any issues. I had a fair amount of heavy glass furniture and a couch that only barely could fit into my original apartment....they wrapped everything safe and snug and were done faster than the estimated time. Will probably use them again for any move within-are. My only concern was that due to some reason they did not accept payment thru card on that day and I had to arrange for a cashier’s cheque from my bank which caused some inconvenience otherwise their service was not bad.

I was recommended by a friend to contact Issac Moving and storage for my move. I was impressed with the level of expertise of the consultant and of the packing crew. Everything arrived on time and in one piece and the price stayed the same. What else could I ask for? I’d use them again.

I just wanted to take a few moments to let everyone know the great customer service I received with new planet moving. After 50 million calls and emails I felt that my phone would not stop ringing. So I buckled down and decided to start with 5 companies. So I randomly picked 5 estimates and then sent my itemized list to them. After going thru the prices of all of them and what they offered I narrowed it down to 2. The thing that won me over about new planet was the customer service I received. Every time I called they had a live person answer the phone. I started out by working with Lesley then I also worked with the dispatcher summer. Summer was the one who told me where the truck was and when I was getting my items. The movers who moved my items were very nice and seemed to know what they were doing. They wrapped everything I needed them to and even threw in a box for free. I was worried about delivery because I didn’t have my house yet but they gave me a week of storage for free. Just FYI she said up to 30days but I didn’t need that long. Once I got delivery the guys that unloaded my stuff were just as nice and unwrapped all of my furniture and like Lesley said he did put my TV back on the tv stand and my beds and kitchen table back together. The only thing that broke was a glass from my kitchen. But I guess that is acceptable considering my move was almost 2000 miles. So with all this said I would definitely tell my family and friends to use them.
