I replaced my air conditioner with Horan Oil, the workmanship is beyond expectation and the whole outfit was a pleasure to deal with. Best of all, my electric bill was much less and my house is cooler then ever. Yep, I'm pleased.

My business requires I travel a great deal and having Horan Oil, with automatic delivery, automatic bill pay (ACH), and annually contacting me to maintain our heating and cooling makes this company the absolute best for me. I could not be more satisfied with a company for my home and family.

1987 my old steam radiator totally failed. It gave up the ghost to make this clear. Early February with a six month old and tenants to please. The owner of Horan Oil arrived promptly... one of four companies I had reached out to. His insight into and clear articulation of the solution won him my business. New boiler installed and entirely new feed of forced hot water pipes through a 5300 square foot building in two days brought a huge smile from one nursing wife and myself.

30 years and a month keeping my rental safely, cost effectively and RELIABLY functionning have brought years of calm collected sleep. This allowed me to pursue my career free of the wrath of tenants. I know of low ball bidders. Offer one price for their incompetent foot in your door. Then hold u hostage with work delays until you GLADLY pay them 25 to 30 percent more.
Mr. Horan has never raised a price from his quote and clearly has done five jobs for me where he ate the overruns. His philosophy he stated is a job done right and honestly would keep him in business long after the flybyniters fade. Mr. Horan is still the quick wit and vigorous dedicated professional I met in crisis so many years ago.
Excel at your own profession and sleep nites I say. By surrounding yourself with other TRUE professionals.
I read earlier comments and cringe to recall what my low bidders were doing on work breaks. I have unquestionned trust in Mr. Horans integrity.

We came home from a winter vacation in Florida to a frozen house due to an electrical problem. I called Horan Oil at 8:30 on a Sunday night and within 5 minutes was talking to Mike the service man who assured me he would be right over and not to worry. Twenty minutes later he was knocking at my door, and with 1/2 hour I could feel the heat coming up. What a great company!!! Thank you Thank you!
