On July 27, 2012, car 68 driven by "PAU" charged a senile woman $20.00 to be driven 1.99 miles from the county hospital to her lodging (a trip that should have cost $3.99 plus tip) then yelled at her because she only had a $20.00 and could not give him a tip. He gave a receipt to the caregiver on duty. The company manager, "PAT", would not investigate when called on July 28.
