AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

UNFAIR BUSINESS/DECEPTIVE TRADE PRATICE!



Those people's items are 10 times more expensive than competition (here: amazon).

They obvisously do NOT give a damn about there customers.

Don't expect your shipping to be delivered on time.

Don't expect your emails to be answered

Don't expect they will call you back.



Here is the email I sent them and they did not bother answer me...

Here is my situation :

Not only the items I ordered on your site arrived considerably late and missed my wife birthday...

Not only your customer service was very cold and was supposed to call me back and never did…

BUT I just saw online the same items FOR WAY MORE CHEAP!

I feel like I’ve been ripped off up to $88,58.



I would rather not have to review your business’s unfair / deceptive trade practices over Yelp, Yellow Pages and Google, the same way I would rather not have to file complaints on www.ripoffreport.com, www.consumeraffairs.com or www.bbb.org.

Federal and State consumer protection laws does exist to give protection against this forms of unfair business practices, that is why I would appreciate if you could refund the difference between the amount you charged me and the price displayed on Amazon : $88,58

I purchased 3 hats 1/27/12; when they arrived they were of such poor quality - I asked for a refund. The customer service rep. was rude and nasty, and I had to pay for shipping both ways. Do yourself a favor and shop local for hats!!
